Where we bring a jersey printing station
Merch Troop is based in Orange County. Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego are local runs with no travel charge; Las Vegas is a regular route; nationwide programmes work with enough lead time.

Travel, plainly
What it costs- Orange County$0 travel
- Los Angeles$0 travel
- San Diego$0 travel
- Everywhere else, incl. Las Vegas$900
That is the whole travel policy. It is a flat line on the quote rather than a mileage calculation, so you can put it in a budget on day one and it will not move.
What does change outside the local radius is the crew day. A Las Vegas build usually means travelling the day before, which affects staffing hours rather than the travel line. We scope that explicitly instead of burying it, because a surprise on the hours is the fastest way to lose a planner's trust.
Nationwide programmes are workable. The practical constraint is lead time rather than distance: equipment and stock have to be routed, and crew has to be scheduled around other events. Tell us early and it is straightforward.

What changes by region and what does not
PracticalitiesDoes not change
The station itself. Same lane structure, same tablet intake, same ticketed queue, same roughly nine-character name limit, same adult XS–3XL sizing, same crew standards. A build in Anaheim and a build in Las Vegas look identical from the guest side.
Does change
Load-in rules, power ordering deadlines, who is permitted to move freight, parking and dock access, and how far in advance the venue needs paperwork. Those are local and they are the reason we ask which venue before we ask almost anything else.
Beyond the four
NationwideWe travel outside Southern California and Nevada regularly enough that it is a normal conversation rather than an exception. The flat $900 travel line applies, and the variable that actually matters is lead time.
For a programme in another state, the questions we work through are the routing of equipment and stock, whether garments are shipped ahead or sourced near the venue, crew scheduling around other committed dates, and whatever the local venue requires by way of insurance certificates and freight rules. None of that is difficult; all of it takes calendar time. A build booked two months out is straightforward, and one booked ten days out may simply not be possible at any budget.
Multi-city programmes — the same activation repeated across several markets — are worth scoping as one project rather than four separate quotes. The artwork, the menu, the size mix and the queue design are all done once, and the repeat builds get faster and more predictable because the crew is running something they have already solved. If that is what you are planning, say so in the first email and the scope will be shaped accordingly.
