Quick answers

Short form

Can we supply our own jerseys?

Yes, and it is common. Teams, leagues and internal clubs often already own the kit and only need names and numbers applied. Supplying garments removes the largest per-unit line from a quote. Send a photo of the fabric during scoping so we can confirm the application before the date rather than on it.

How long can a name be?

About nine characters in practice. Past that, letter spacing across a jersey back starts to fight itself — letters shrink, the word crowds the number, and the piece stops reading from across a room. Numbers run one to three digits. The tablet enforces the limit so no guest gets bad news at the counter.

What if a size runs out?

Inventory can be capped per size, so a sold-out size disappears from the guest picker instead of being promised and then withdrawn. Guest-facing events run adult XS–3XL. We over-order slightly on the middle sizes because that is where demand concentrates.

Do guests have to wait in line?

Usually, briefly — and a managed line is part of the appeal. For VIP or premium tiers, guests can be texted when their jersey is ready so they spend the wait somewhere more useful than a queue. That option is configured per event, not bolted on during the day.

Short form

How is the name actually applied?

Full-colour DTF transfers and a heat press. That combination is what works on the slick, textured and mesh polyester most modern jerseys are cut from, and it does not need a screen setup between guests. Twill, tackle-twill and embroidery are available where a heritage look is wanted, but they are slower per unit and suit a pre-produced batch or a small premium tier rather than a live queue.

Can guests choose where the print goes?

Yes — back, front or sleeve are all configurable. We generally recommend fixing the location for the whole event rather than offering it as a guest choice, because it removes a decision from the tablet and speeds the lane noticeably across a busy hour.

Do you travel outside Southern California?

Yes. Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego are local, Las Vegas is a regular run, and nationwide programmes are workable with enough lead time. Travel is $0 within the local areas and $900 beyond them.

What happens to leftover jerseys?

They are boxed and handed to your team at teardown. Clients routinely use the surplus for onboarding kits, prizes or the next internal event, which is a reasonable argument for ordering slightly over rather than slightly under.

Can you run more than one station?

Yes. A jersey lane paired with a faster cap or patch station is a common build, because it gives waiting guests something to do and spreads the peak.
